We believe in our service and that is why we are offering this guarantee to insure your piece of mind. There are a couple of aspects that are out of any entertainer's control (such as all of your guests dancing) but for the things that are in our control we guarantee the following items:

Your entertainer will arrive at least one hour prior to the start of your event.

Your entertainer will be dressed appropriately.

Your entertainer will follow the planner that you have filled out to the best of their ability and will adhere to the list of songs and activities you have requested and refrain from the songs and activities that you have stated not be used.

Your entertainer will refrain from doing or saying anything that is obviously inappropriate for your event (i.e. hitting on your guests or using profanity)

Your entertainer will not take breaks beyond the necessary.

Your entertainer will minimally have the music that is listed on our most popular song list.

Your entertainer will have access to back up equipment in case of malfunction.

All additional equipment contracted for will be on hand for your event (i.e. lighting or sound reinforcement).

Your entertainer will, to the best of their ability, cater to your requests and needs.

A Premier Entertainment reserves the right to determine the amount, if any, of the refund. Our company will send out a satisfaction
